What is the status of my order?Updated 2 years ago

You'll receive a shipping notification by email or text once your order is on the way. Not received anything? Don't worry; check your spam/junk folders. These emails contain links that can sometimes be filtered by mistake.

You can also track your order from the 'Track' widget at the top of the help centre page. 

If you still haven't received your shipping confirmation or are having issues tracking your order, please email [email protected]. We'll get back to you within two business days.

Please note orders are shipped on business days only. So any orders placed on Friday after 4pm (GMT, CEST, or EST) or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
