My order is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?Updated 7 months ago

Please try not to worry; we'll always be happy to help. But first, ensure you've checked around your property, including any 'safe spaces' or any covered containers in case of bad weather. 
If you still can't find your order, please double-check with other residents and your immediate neighbours if someone has taken it in for safekeeping.
