I don't identify as male, can I use your products?Updated a month ago

MindJournal currently has many non-male identifying people in the community - we welcome everybody. And although our products have been created with guys in mind, we believe journaling is a powerful habit that can help everyone. 

With that in mind, MindJournal's writing programme can be picked up by anyone regardless of their gender. There is one gender-specific question, but this can be rephrased without losing its meaning. Not sure? The best thing to do is download the MindJournal Guidebook and give it a try for yourself. You'll find the first three guided exercises along with an introduction, example entries, and some common FAQs. All of our other products are completely gender-neutral.
