You'll receive a shipping notification by email or text once your order is on the way which will contain your tracking link and tracking number. 

Not received anything? Don't worry; check your spam/junk folders. These emails contain links that can sometimes be filtered by mistake.

You can also track your order from the 'Track' widget at the top of the help centre page.

Note: If you are based in the EU - depending on your destination, the tracking link may not update once your package has entered your country. If so, please use this Universal Tracker by pasting your tracking number and clicking 'Track Package'.
